Sorry if I sound dumb but can y'all tell me which is better for self defense shito ryu, goju ryu or shotokan. Just wanna know out of these 3 styles. All three styles are very variable in quality and what they train. I don't think they're consistent enough to say one is definitely better than the other for self defence.
